lost control of my p800

after searching I can only assume I am the only one stupid enough to have lost ALL the main phone functions_ messaging ,contacts ,control panel ,storage manager, install and uninstall etc: CAN ANYBODY HELP ME PPPLLLEEEAAASSSEE

if nothing works i would do a full back up and reset your phone.

thanks mr gadget but I have lost the reset ,in fact I have lost all the main screen functions.

Even in the absence of the dreaded crash screen, you have tried pressing the Power button for, like, 15 seconds (10 seconds my ar*e)?
