sad but true...

According to the specifications on the P900 posted on SE's homepage the phone should have both a timer and a stop watch. After looking through the phone and documentation I emailed SE and asked where to find it, and they admitted that once again the information on thier hompage is incorrect...

I missed that function as well, there is a freeware on my-symbian.com called QuickTimer thou.

Maybe in the next firmware-version😃

Damn, I would like that P900 so much, but still not available in Holland. One website says end of November, most say December😞

although it's not that big a program, i guess they've still gone against their word, however, as mentioned above, there are freeware programs which will allow you to use the same functions, another one is xjcrono i think which is a java midlet i think but it's what i use for timing and stuff.

Yup. XjCrono does the job of being a stopwatch well. But it lacks features like countdown...

Countdown is important to me, helps me keep track of my parking times.

That is the first sensible use of countdown timer i've ever heard of. As you can tell i don't give such things much thought. But fairplay, i'm suggesting the same to my dad.

I use QuickTimer as a kitchen timer. Never thought about using it for parking though. Genius!
