Does it help if you record in a quiet place away from interference, traffic outdoor sounds etc?
Would it also help if you make your voice clear and not some high pitch or super low tone?

🙄

I cleared this Voice System Error by deleting the user stored data file with PC File Manager for Nokia.

Delete the file called 'vcommandapp.dat'

This file is stored in C:\System\Data\

After deleting this file, you will be able to record all the voice commands without errors.
