Nokia game...

Because I needed memory I erased the nokia game that comes with the N-gage from it's 32mb mmc...but since I have another 128mb mmc I'd like to have the game again
I heard that the Nokia game is free to download, does anybody know where? And how do I install it once downloaded?

It is distributed as a ZIP file. Unzip it from your PC to the MMC root (top-level) directory. Easiest do do is to connect the N-Gage to the PC with the supplied USB cable and unzip to the drive you see on the PC representing the MMC (assuming you run Windows).
