After several months absence, Icon Changer is gearing up for a Beta launch for Nokia 7650 and 3650 (theoretically N-Gage too but I don't have one to confirm this).
Launch date of beta 5 (wondering where 2, 3 and 4 went? they were 'internally' tested) is pencilled in for 1st December 2003, so a nice Christmas treat for you. Hopefully. And you'll be able to pick your own icons instead of being restricted to Icon Packs.
