Just curious to know if the speaker on the 6600 is the same as / better than the 7650. That was one of the major gripes about the 7650 some ringtones still sounded too quiet even with the volume turned up full.
Can someone let me know??

it depends what ringtone u use...
but in general he is much more loud.
handsfree-speaking is now really amazing:
its like day and night....
The sound is strong and clear and the person u talk with, dont realise,that the speaker is on loud. (no echoes)

Thats good to hear, as this was a let down for the 7650 especially when viewign video?
I am testing the Salon clips on the 7650, and I find some of the soudn to be poor to understand and marginally better with the handsfree - anyone fancy testing it on the 6600?

Yesterday I finaly got mine and I have to say that the speaker sounds great, loud and clear.
