Mpeg Video on P900

Hello

I'm a new P900 owner and obviously I am very impressed with the device.

But a question. I have managed to save some mpeg video clips onto the memory card but these will not play on the P900 itself. The error message unrecognised format, no viewer can be found appears.

Is this the case, and if so where can I download a viewer? (would have thought one would be included) Or if not does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

P900 doesn't support Mpeg (1 or 2) format, it only supports MP4 or 3GP.

There are plent of converters around though, www.pv.com being the best for the P800/900 IMO.

They have P800/900 profiles in the converter so it is really just a case of drag and drop, the great thing about MP4 is it's far more compressed than Mpeg, so it will also save you precious space.
