Help ! Log often locks up !

Dear friends,

Everytime I run the Log application on the 7650, the Log application locks up. I had to erase all the logs to get it work again. Anybody experience the same thing? Workarounds?

What firmware version are you on? A firmware upgrade would help if it's version 3.xx .

Otherwise try a fresh format?

I keep the log at 10 days max (in options). I still have the occasional problem, and I'm on v4.37... if that doesn't help, try just 1 day. It doesn't sound like a lot, but at least you can recover lost calls etc...

If you have a lot of apps running in the background, this will consume more memory and may cause Logs to freeze, so maybe consider reducing these apps

Keep the log record setting for 1day option- as liverpool lad said.

Mine is 5.06

I've tried to set the log to 1 day. Still hangs after a few days of usage. This a very serious bug ! Nokiaaa...Jeeezzzzzzzzz.....
