HELP: Applications error

I was recently trying to open the applications folder of my 3650 and the message 'App. closed MidpUi E32USER-CBase 71' appeared. Can anybody help me?

This same thing happened to me. You have to reset your phone you will lose your phone's memory but your phone will work properly again...the code you need to enter into your phone is *#7370#
