Everytime I turn on my PC I get this error, I have tried some troubleshooting already and still its there. I thought it was because of my Webcam, then the Anti Virus. Before it use to happen when I connected my phone to the cradle but now, it happens everytime I turn my Laptop on!!?? Why? Im getting the P9 tomorrow and im scared I wont be able to transfer my files to the P900 😞
try reinstalling windows, this way u'll get all ur system files back in case u've deleted or modified any!
try loading it in safe mode, if you still have the problem, then it's system faulting, if not, then it's hardware
Dont have the prob in safe mode 😞 I think its a hardw ware conflict, I have to many things attached to my laptop already, will try reinstalling everything!
I get that same error message whenever the PC Suite crashes. Sometimes I can get it to syncronise and sit there for a while without crashing, sometimes it crashes as soon as I sit the phone in the cradle. I don't think I've ever been able to remove the phone then put it back and have it reconnect without crashing (I have to restart the computer if I want to re-sync). I thought it might be a v.1.5 problem, but I've (just) installed v.2.0.1 and it crashed when I tried to backup the phone (I've not been able to do a backup since August, it just crashes every time).
If you find out what's causing it, I'd love to know! Up until now I've just put it down to bad SE software 🙄
HandyGuys solution was the only solution, which was to reformat 😞 I dont have the Problems anymore, although im using the P900 already. But still, before reinstallation, even with my p9 i had the same error.
