how to delete the build-in ring tones in Ngage

Hmmm , not sure about the above.. I think you can delete them... give me time and I'll figure it out!

Im almost certain this was asked in the 7650 forum and the outcome was it was unable.

Its not as if they take up to much memory anyway.

How much time do you need?

omegamen,let me put it this way.You *CAN* delete the built-in ringtones but in order to do that you will need an expensive DCT4 flasher box and a modified firmware flash file.If you have lots of cash to spend you can buy the flasher box but I don't know what you will do about the modified firmware flash file.They are hard to obtain because they are not public,don't ask about flash files here because we consider it illegal.Even if you do manage to get a hold of one you'll need great reverse engineering skills in order to remove specific part from the firmware flash file,the ringtones IE.That is why I answered NO.

Ghostdog, Thanks for the info! I guess the idea of deleteing the tones is in the same envelope as my German taxes!
