how to compile for p800 without downloading 250MB?!?

How can I compile a C source to run on p800, without downloading 250MB (!!!) of SDK?
I think I just need the compiler and a few includes/libs... or not?

you can order the series 60 sdk from forum nokia but it's only for series 60 though, but the cd is free and free delivery and it's just a win win opportunity.. but only for series 60
