is there any way to format the n-gage itself then re-install al that programs it came with. i cant get photo album to work and dont know how else to do it unless there is the photo album to download somewhere...

Plug your fone into the charger and type *#7370#
When you hard reset, the phone will return to factory settings. All your contacts, photos and such will be deleted but everyhting else will stay the same.
will this fix the photo album and make it work again... it just says app closed

When you say contacts, do you mean it will wipe my SIM card as well?
by default your contacts is stored in the internal phone memory so if you format or hard reset your phone all is gone. however you can backup your contacts before you reset your phone
But the names and numbers stored in my sim will be intact, right?
