My golly, my settings are that outlook ads to phone or the phone ads to outlook only the new items. But it seems its treating everything as new bec my contacts just wont seem to stop duplicating.

hehehe, i had the problem of contacts duplicating when i first synced, but then i used the manager to remove all contacts and just sent the file and recieved it, but i don't have like 600-1000 clients so 😃

I think you have your sync settings screwed up...When transferring contacts from phone to pc I chose overide pc with item on mobile. Vice versa when going from pc to phone.. Once I started doing that I solved my duplication issues.
