How to do it with 6600?
with my 3650 and 7650 i could do it activating mrouter...then the apps would detect automatically the connection, but this doesn't happen in 6600..plz help
Using internet PC connection
If you want to use irda modem, make new modem in windows.
Standard modem over irda works fine.
If you want better, download from Nokia site nokia modem options and install it.
It works both with irda and bt.
Tell to your application which connection it should use
Sometimes after you install nokia modem options, you must install manually from list.
with modem options i can use the phone as a modem for the pc to connect to the net, but i want the other way arround...i want the phone to use the pc's connection!
sick_7650,i think that you should try the dummy GRPS point trick like with the 7650.It should work.
