Nokia 6600 - slight 'peaking' noises when caller is loud..

Hi guys,

I just got my Nokia 6600 and have used a Nokia 7650 in the past. The thing is I noticed, the 6600 has some form of a 'peaking' or 'cracking noise' if the caller on the other end speaks loud.

If I do recall correctly my Nokia 7650 had something similar but a lot more obvious than the 6600. Does anyone face similar problems?

I have tried other Nokia phones such as the 6108, 6100 and had no such problems... perhaps its the way these Symbian phones are made... what do you think?

yes it does..... like its too loud o rtoo much bass. what i do is just lessen 1 bar from max volume

Sounds about right.... btw, how much did you get your phone in the Philippines?
