Ok prior to upgrading my bluetooth to 141 I was able to sync both contact and todo/calendars but for some reason now iSync does no longer want to sync todo/calendars with bluetooth 141.
Anybody able to do this?
in addition since upgrading to 141 all syncing in iSync seems to be noticably longer.
I now get the following error
Tuesday, November 25, 2003 12:21 PM
Conduit Nokia 6600 generated an internal error NSObjectNotAvailableException (Unknown error.): can't get synchronizer for calendars and To Do items.
Can't synchronize calendars and To Do items to Nokia 6600: device is not available
I am using the MSI adaptor which hadn't failed me to date.
Unfortunately I have the same problem and don't know how to solve it.
Had you managed to successfully sync before hand though? I had Calendar events working fine however I recently did a *#7370# to reset my phone to fix a voice tag system error problem and that may have removed something that was there before. That's speculation but I can tell you that I only noticed this problem after downloading the new bluetooth driver 141 and even when I install 10.3 clean and update to isync 1.3 I still see this problem so it must be something to do with the phone.
I now remember your Id you had this stuff working about the same time I did and it was both working. So what have you done at your end to cause you think why it no longer works?
This is incredible because I've gone to the trouble of backing out of the bluetooth 141 update by using Pacifist to pull replacement files off the Panther CD and now I've installed OSX on my ipod so I can sync from that installation and I'm still seeing the problem.
I concur that something is missing from the phone to cause this to happen.
I have no way to browse the contents of my phone though.
Well normal service seems to have been resumed. I reformatted the MMC card and did a #*7370# and that seems to have put the phone in a state where it will sync calendars again.
