I am unable to get my 3650 to access my blueyonder pop3 email account, does anyone have any suggestions.

I get the same problem when i try to connect to my Talk21 POP3 account via the email softwear on the 6600! When i connect to wap it shows the phone thing in the top right of the screen for about 5 seconds when you connect then it just automaticaly cuts off!
