Service from Handango?

Bought Quick Office but Unlock code failed to work. Contacted Customer support. No reply. Had phone replaced today because battery failed. contacted customer support again with new IMEI code. No reply yet . I suspect my money is about to go down the drain. Oh by the way I'm from the UK so will find it difficult to pursue this. 😡

i realised when i had a problem with handango that it was really hard to contact them, i resorted to phoning them in america (i'm also in the uk) to pursue the matter

Thanks NK8, I think I might have to resort to that (how much more is it going to cost?). Did you have a successful coclusion?

I had the same problem with quick office at handango...I got no response from Handango, but when I e-mailed [email protected] including the Handango proof of purchase mail, they sent me a new copy and unlock code that worked fine...

Good Luck!

Cheers

The software is good but I have had two problems with their crap automated system.

I bought quickoffice approx 2 days after downloading the trial version and they sent me a code which didn't work....it was a good week after the trial period ran out before they resent me a code.

The automated system just does not work.

i used an internationall calling card which reduced the call cost by upto 60% when compared to making the call on a stadard bt fixed line (charges correct from 9th september 2003), i got my problem sorted in the end, i'm just not a big fan of emaillling important problems

😊 Thanks for the help Nick, I emailed the address you supplied. They replied fairly quickly and after downloading the update for Quickoffice and using the new code everything is now fine.
Cheers one and all.
ps. thanks QuickOffice support.

I have the same problem.
And i have emailed qiuckoffice 2 times so far with no answer!

Had exactly the same experience with Handango. After 19 days and about ten e-mails to Handango, iGo and SonyEricsson (!) I finally got a response. After working through a most obscure reply routine I got my correct unlock key. One other thing: I posted a one-star evaluation of the sofware at Handangos site, because of lousy service. Last time I checked this was not published. However, the response from Handango reached me a couple of days after. Probably a coincidence.
