anyone of you guys was interested in moving ur old SMSs or MMSs to your new phone from P800?
I think the best way would b to move the mail folder from P800 to P900, but still not sure if it'll work, and that it won't affect the phone!
anyone got a better idea, or at least done that?

well have done it on the P800 by deleting all the mail folder (after making a backup copy of all files) then formated the phone, opened mail and it was empty. then copied back all files as they were b4 and got back all my SMSs, MMSs, emails, and beamed stuff (inbox, sent, outbox, and draft) all!
but still scared of trying it on my P900 as I've noticed some differences in the Mail files naming and numbering!
I only really needed some of the SMS stuff, so I just moved them onto my SIM, then moved them back again in the P900.
that's a way to twist around it, but still u can't move ur MMSs or emails through the Sim option!
Yah, I agree, but to grab just a couple of SMS it was fine.
