Syncing Problem with Outlook 2003

I have a very strange behavior:
When I try to sync my 250 contacts with outlook and the P900 Sync-Station 1.2.5 not every address is synchronized. Just a about 60% of them are synced. Even when I enter a new address inside the P900 after syncing the contact is gone. All settings are OK. Any idea?

Try using the latest sync version from SE 2.0.1

How can you check the existing version number?

I am using P900 with outlook 2003 no problem my sync version is 2.0.1
