Problems? PLEASE HELP

Hi! I just bought a Nokia 6600 for 500euro but i think the display has some problems.
There is a little flickering on it.Is this normal or iis just mine broken?
Please help me cause i don;t know what to do.

That is NOT normal. You should exchange it for a new one.

i have a litle 3 mm line from left to right in the upper section of screen, where image is whiter....

The line is below blue line below power and signal indicators...

Is this normal2?

Yes the lline is normal.I also have this line.
I think it's there only when Bluetooh icon is there
