I remved the Application Key manager from App. manager

wher can i get it from

I cant run new applicaions I get a message

" Application Key manager corrupted "

I need that manager

I recently tried to manually remove a .jar app from my phone because the app manager couldn't remove it for some reason.
Anyways after removing it I tried to go to the app manager and it closed immediately and gave me an error message "AppMngr Closed!"

Someone please help!!!!!!!!!

Can't seem to fix the app manager no matter what, if someone can just tell me which file just might be responsible for this I might be able to sort it out. thx in advance

Do *#7370# to reset the phone to the state it was in when it left the factory. All settings, contacts, messages, etc. will be gone. You will need the lock code, which is 12345, if you haven't changed it. Do the operation with a full battery or AC connected as if it is interrupted by a power loss, you have to take your phone to a repair center for fixing.
