hi, i reformatted my 9210 and when i installed everything again i found out i cant make sms messages anymore...there used to be a write short message option..theres none now.
i read somewhere about a sms.sis file..but i dont have it.

Sounds like that you have to reformat / reset your 9210 to the original settings one more time and then run the All_Nokia_9210_data.sis file. I haven't heard about an sms.sis file.
thats what i did but it seems like the application to make sms possible isnt in there.
Can you receive SMS? Try sending an SMS to your phone (from your friends phone 😊 ). Maybe it works after that. I had a similar problem with the fax application after the last software upgrade. After I sent an fax to my phone everything was okay and I was able to send as well faxes from the phone...
