Nokia 7650 display flickering + mistyped letters — Nokia 7650

Hi,

My Nokia 7650 worked fine for over a month but now the screen blinks from time to time and sometimes gets darker and in the upper part of the screen (around the clock) there is a clearly visible even darker "stain" - when display gets brighter everything is back to normal.

One more thing is that the keypad started to mistype the letters. When I press button twice I get a third letter and when I press it once I get a second letter or sometimes none at all. It happens not so often but is really frustrating 😞

Is anyone having the same problem. These are minor issues I know, but really annoying 😞

Not on my phone, but it does sound like something you need to take the phone repaired for.

I was told that problem with typing letters may come from dirty keypad (but the phone has only 2 months!) and problem with display may come from software errors (but nothing was changed!).

The main problem is that officialy I lost my warranty when I removed sim-lock from my phone 😉 So I am looking for other options of resolving this issue.

Take it to a Nokia Care Center, they have nothing to do with the Operator. You'll have to pay though. I think is the best solution.
