I bought a SE P900 from phone 4 you on O2. I thought Ill get sim free unlock one bcoz already have a orange one. I Paid 125 for the handset on 75 month tariff. I came back home and charge the phone about 3 hour. I wanted to up date the phone ASAP with new FW. After charging I press the power button to switch on the phone. Nothing happened on the screen it was blank. When I press few buttons on the keypad it was beeping ok. But nothing appear on the screen. Took the phone back next day first the guy who I speak to he try to switch on the phone but it was still same. Guy tried new battery same thing happened. I ask him if I could have my money back he went and call his manager. I spoke to the manager about the problem I am having he tried his best to replace the phone with new one. Because this was my third phone I told him Ive been having problem all the phone I had before. He said you should a told me before when you bought the phone. Well I think this is personal problem. I was feel like I am in police station and Ive don a series crime. He went on and on for about 45 mints it was to much for me he was offering me Nokia 6600. Finely he said ok I will refund the phone. He Scand the phone IMEI from back of the phone but there was no record of my phone in there system. He match the phone IMEI with box then he said we have a problem phone IMEI does not match with a box. An other problem for me. He was saying some people replace there faulty phones and try to get there money. But I know not all peoples do that. He told me he has to find out what actual happened. He gave my every thing back and told me he will contact with me on Monday or Tuesday. Now I am left with a dead handset and 75 a month tariff which I cant change it until next three months. 😞

Dunno about your problem but I had to re-read your post three times because it was so hard to understand due to lack of punctuation and paragraphing. 😞

There was about 22 periods in the post.. However, 19 of them were consecutive and didn't separate any sentences.. 😃 ...

At any rate, it sounds like you got a bumm unit.. More likely the unit was a refunded unit that the vendor probably just placed in an P900 empty box. My guess is that the unit probably never worked correctly to begin with..

Shouldn't that be:

There WERE about 22 periods in the post...

(If we're being picky about standard English)

I asked for advice about my problem with phones4u rather checking my English.
But still thanks for responding to my post. 😉
Had a hell of battle to return the hand set.

Sorry Hassan - It wasn't YOUR English I was checking - It was the guy who criticised you in the first place.

LOL @ most of this thread!

So what was the outcome?, have you now received a replacement handset or are you still waiting?

I was under the impression that Phones4U were a respectable outfit, shouldn't think you would have too many problems with them.

Keep us posted 😉
