the on/off switch in my mobile is not working, I can't turn the phone On.

are you sure that you are keeping pressed the ON/OFF Button for enought time to really turn on? ..
you know.. is not like just a click to the button.. you have to keep pressed for a while till turn it on..
Of course this thing is knowed well for every Nokia user.. but just in case you are a newbie 😉 ..
