Nokia have released a theme creator for the Nokia 6600 (Series 60 Developer PLatform 2.0). The free Java program is available via Forum Nokia. The program allows you to customise the idle screen wallpaper, application shell icons, colors, screen savers, signal and battery strength graphics, volume and slider graphics, scrolling indicators and the analog and digital clocks.
The program can create new themes from scratch or edit and examine existing themes. The program builds the finished SIS file for install to the device.

i have downloaded the theme studio for nokia 6600 but i cant make it work... my pc is windows xp. do i really nid to downgrade to windows 2000 to make it work??
You need to use Windows Explorer to select the installation file, right click & set the compatibility setting to Windows 2000, and then install.

What Java Runtime Environment (JRE) do you have installed? Did you install the version that the Series 60 Theme Studio suggested it'd install?

Hi Gary.
First, you shouyld have a pc suite for your fon. then, you can downloan it with sis. Dont just click the down load button.
That's fantastic 😊 Although it takes time and I can only seem to make themes if I open the existing theme and edit it.
Does it work on all S60 phones or just 6600?

The installation file is over 20MB. I don't think hotmail accepts that big attachments.

ok. i have downloaded the theme studio in my windows xp and actually make it work. but the thing is it is too slow. jus clicking an icon takes lot of minutes. duh! it takes hours to complete a theme.
