Hi guys,
Basic question here. I sent some files via bluetooth. One was an installer the rest were data files. They all came in as messages, and the installer opened and installed when I opened the message. The other filrs (.zip fiels) simply say "unknown format". My question is: I need to move these to a specific folder on the phone, how do I do this?
My bluetooth software on PC tells me they're sat in my public folder but I cant figure out where to go from here. Is there not a file manager or some such on the 6600?
Thanks
Get a free file manager,FExplorer from www.gosymbian.com
If you need to manipulated .zip files get ZipMan for www.wildpalm.co.uk
I too have a question about bluetooth.. my friend has a 3650, and he says on his phone he cannot transfer large files through his bluetooth from pc to phone because there is no choice but to place incoming files on the phone memory and then copy to mmc. But as the phone memory is only small, this makes it impossible to transfer large files ..I think I have got this right.
So, is this the case for the 6600 as well? or has there been a development so that we can transfer large files straight onto MMC?
Adam
