That is new, PsiCards from David Steer of PocketIQ :

Card games : Spider, Montana, Solitaire, FreeCell, Pyramid, Armistice, TwentyOne, Indian Patience and TriPeaks are all included.

It has not yet announced on the major Symbian sites.

By the way, it is an OPL program, so read the instructions to install the OPL runtime before installing PsiCards.
