The reason for you being unable to connect is out of my hands I'm afraid. Apparently all the month's bandwidth has been used up (that's 5GB in pure html pages, not actual theme downloads/uploads) so the site has been "temporarily suspended".
Should hopefully be back for 1st March.

Downloads are on a special server, so the 5 GB allocation was indeed purely html.
If you're curious, February's theme downloads were 7 GB.

That is a lot, especially as the average theme is 175kb in size.
Good, well done. These themes needed a one-stop place to find all the latest and greatest and thats what you've got there.
Combine this with the other projects on tthe site and it's really going to be one place for all.

So what do we do different?
Well, we review the themes and only put up the ones that are actually worthy and not just a theme with a different wallpaper. We also provide as many screenshots as possible, so that you don't actually have to go and install a theme to check out how it actually looks.
Lastly, we also accept downloads, so if you think you have a theme that should be part of this list, do upload it, and we'll review it.

To download, just register and click on the link for the theme.

Yeah, I understand and no I didn't take any offence.
My point was that if anybody found a good theme (but on a unreliable site or something) they could put it up on deplugged.com so that it would be available to everyone.
Besides we would also review and check out the theme completely so that the highlights of the theme would be immediately visible to all visitors without requiring to download and install the theme on the phone to test it out.
I have seen several instances where a bad theme has crashed a phone repeatedly with no way out except to hard reset the phone resulting in a complete loss of data and I just don't want people to go through the hassle that I did.

Thats a good point,but any theme maker worth their salt "should" always test the theme on their own phone for at least a day before posting it.😃
That, I agree with you. Completely. I think its definitely a responsibility (and a matter of honor?) for theme developers to at least check their own themes on their own phones for some time at least before putting it up on the web.
And anyway, what's the point of going all the way to painstakingly make a theme for the phone when you don't use it yourself, eh? 😉

Without a doubt, they are the best themes I have ever seen. However, considering that there are hundreds (if not thousands) of free themes on the internet, 8 Euro for a theme seems expensive.
A theme to me is like a paper cup -- I buy it, I use it, and then I use another one -- it is RARELY permanent. It might be an idea for mangothemes.com to lower their price to 2 or 3 euro per theme, to increase sales.
