This xmas i`ll buy an N-gage 😃 - so i have some questions..
1. Can i buy N-gage from UK though i live in Romania - becuase i heard that an N-gage is 200$ there and here is more than 400$ 😞
2. If i have WAP unlimited playing in N-gage arena is free ? Surfing is free ? everything is free ? Or is it something else than Wap necesary ?
3. How expensive is a 512 MB MMC ?
4. Are there any programming programs for the N-gage ? A pascal version for n-gage would ROCK !! IF you know something about it please direct me to it !
5. Can i install a different OS on the N-gage ? For example if Symbian 9.0 appears can i install it ?
6. Can i delete programs on the N-gage like Real One Player and other programs to free some space ?
7. How much free space does N-gage has ?
8. How many N-gages can connect via Blutooth ?
9. Can i send/receive data via Blutooth to/from other N-Gage devices ?
10. Are any kind of upgrades possible for this game deck ? Besides MMC of course ? It would be pretty cool to have the possibility to buy a new display with 16 bits or more RAM... 😃

this are the 10 newbie stupid questions... i think these questions would be helpfull for others ngagers newbies 😊

2. If i have WAP unlimited playing in N-gage arena is free ? Surfing is free ? everything is free ? Or is it something else than Wap necesary ?
2. - . AFAIK, only the operator fee expected.
3. Only 32-128MB MMCs are really supported.
4. 7650 SDK & C++ is the best choice. Sorry, no pascal available as far as I know.
5. Nope.
6. Why would you want to do that? ROM cannot be freed to user memory.
7. 3.5MB nonvolatile storage - with MMC +128MB, 10.5MB RAM.
8. 4 players can be connected in Moto GP. In general, only point to point connections are available. I'm not sure whether several bluetooth profiles in parallel.
9. Yes, Bluetooth file transfer profile is supported and obex too.
10. I'm not sure. There are no firmware updates yet.

What i meant when i said: "4. Are there any programming programs for the N-gage ?" WAS if there are any programming programs THAT CAN I CAN RUN ON THE NGAGE not FOR the N-Gage.
So what i mean is - a little java version - or a small Basic - or maybe Pascal - so i can work and programm from my N-Gage - to make apps in N-gage and run the apps on N-gage too...
I`m not using the best words perhaps... For example a small pascal version of Borland Pascal created specially for N-Gage - so users can do some programming on the game deck - that would be awesome... If there aren`t such programs.. is it atleast possible to create one ?

Thanks for the reply..

1.You can,but the N-Gage is almost the same price all over the world simfree, except maybe the US,so with shiping and tax it wont be cheaper.
2.I think you can use N-Gaqe arena with a GPRS Internet connection only, not wap.
3.It's true that only 128 MB max MMC's are officialy supported but there are 512 MB of certain MMC brands that have been tested and are known to be working.Try www.tecic.com.tw
4.No
