For developers: Software that i would like

Software that records automaticly your phonecall when answering to the call. After chatting is over, it would ask you do you want to keep recorded phonecall or not. i think this could be useful.

Also i would like to play some ski jump game 😉 Seen on pc shareware game Ski Jump game made by finns. Great game!

Is first possible to do and would some developers want to do that kind of program?

Just out of intrest why is everyone so intresting in recording their phone calls :/

Just a waste of phone memory to record a phone conversation

Hmmmmmm.... you are keen to run outta memory while you are talking and crashing the phone eh =)

A typical recording would be wave, and a 5 minute conversation would be something like 50-70MB.... This can later be encoded into MP3 or something to make it 5MB but you will need the initial space to record!

Oh and MMC is too slow for live recording so you rule out that option 😊

only sollution i see is to record segments and encode them into MP3 as you talk then merge the files, or just keep adding them to the same MP3. But then imagine the lag 😃

Good luck

You can record in the .amr format (which is what many answering machine type utilities use) that is a highly compressed audio format. I know of a few developers that are working on that functionality, including us.

Thats good to hear 😊

You can even record in compressed wav formats, like gsm.

BTW:If the MMC is slow to record audio, can you explain ETI Camcorder on the 3650? 😉
