How can I code a wrapper for my program ? Is it possible to take an existing wrapper and edit some lines ?

I'm aware of the oplwrapper0 example on the sourceforge.net CVS. I downloaded the files read the readme file and looked up some of the file extensions... in the documentation of Nokia's Series 60 SDK. I have to admit, I don't understand anything 😕.
Some hints or even a primer and/or tutorial on how to build oplwrappers would be great. I don't even know if other tools than an Series 60 SDK are needed.
With a icon apperaing on the application screen OPL programs would be undistinguishable from C++ programs (OK they need the runtime).
