How to send files from 3650 to PC using only Bluetooth software?

3 replies · 2,602 views · Started 15 December 2003

I've installed Hassnet BUD 1.2 on WinXP Home, it works fine with Oxygen Phone Manager-no problems.
If I use only BT software I can send files from PC to 3650 from context menu of Windows Explorer. But if I try to send any file from 3650 to PC (phone menu-send via Bluetooth) phone responds that connection could not be estabilished. So I have to send files from 3650 through IR.
What's the reason?
Thanks

Normal solution is you need to update your software - and / or tweek some settings in the registry.

Thank you!
I've edited the registry according to this forum recommendations-nothing changed. So I'll try to update BUD software..

I've found solution. I started Information Exchange service on automatic and made needed changes in Windows registry (Widcomm-Services-004-Accept other = 1). So I thing that rather old Widcomm driver for Hassnet BUR can work good!
