6600 + Hbh 60

nokia handsets only work with the handfree profile for bluettooth headsets.
make sure the headset you buy supports both the handsfree and headset profile or just the handsfree profile.
most SE headsets only support the headset profile.

on the box it says FOR HEADSET & HANDSFREE PROFILE

Works fine, including voice dialling

Mine works OK too but when the phone and headset are paired, the phone won't ring. I get around this by disconnecting the phone and headset after each call.

Anyone found a better workaround?

so lets say that u get a call on the 6600 and its ringin ok and u wna talk on the bt. then can u like put the bt on and transfer the call ? hope u get wht i mean

Exactly, when the headset is connected the ring tone is muted (exactly as if you had a cabled headset attached), the vibrating alert still works though. transfering calls between the phone & the headset is simply a matter of hitting the button on the side of the headset

That's it! Or if you leave it disconnected so the phone rings (like I do) when the call comes in, hit the button on the headset and when the headset and phone pair up, answer the call on the headset by pushing the button again or answer the call on the phone.

aright. i jus came home right now. my pal got a 6600 forhimself and i tried it on his cell. so im relived now that it works.
