Very impressed with the P800 but am having some difficulties with what happens during synchronizing with Outlook 2000.
I have a Personal Contacts folder on Outlook which I have identified as the folder to be synchronized. Some of these contacts have categories.
During the synchronizing none of the categories (which include the category 'Personal'😉 are transferred to the phone (I have not set up the other categories on the P800 before synchronizing). Subsequent synchronizing has resulted in the creation of loads of duplicate entries in both Outlook and the P800 - the Outlook duplicates have no categories and the P800 duplicates are completely identical.
There just seems to be no pattern to the creation of duplicates - some of the contacts that have only the personal category in Outlook are duplicated while others are not. And this is before I have looked at contacts that have more than one category.
As this seems to be such a basic problem I would hope that it is just me that is being thick and not a 'feature' of the P800.
