Hi,
I've been using my 6600 for nly about 1 month 2 days. And I'm a very careful user in term of taking care of my phone. All my previous nokias doesn't have this problem of phone cover paint coming off...but for 6600, over 3 areas I can notice 3 areas where paint is peeling off...althought it's really just specks/dots of it...but I'm quite sad why the quality of the cover is so weak. The 3 area sre....above the joystick, above both left & right softkey....does your phone has this problem too? I wonder how will it be like for months to come... 😕
i have my 6600 for 1 week and the paint is comming of at the back of the cover. the thingy that sticks out for protection of the camera..
greetzzz
Time to get a case 😊
Not sure if Krusel have a 6600 case yet, they are the best - and allow the full use of the phone whilst still in the case.

hi racingboy,
for my 6600, the paint of the thingy that sticks out for protection of the camera is also peeling...
Does not sound promising for the quality of the 6600 - still not sure whether to get one. A couple of weeks and the paint is coming off...
I never use my phone in a case, I hate them, also it makes the phone look awful and bigger.
I have had a 7210 for 12 months and apart from scratches the case is plastic so there is no paint to chip off.
This is a major drawback of fixed cases, with my 7210 all I would have to do is buy a new express on cover for the phone when I feel it's become too scratched, and it's still OK at the moment.
The X-pess on covers makes the phone look like new, but the overall fit 'n' finish of the phone suffers. Though that is not Nokia's forte' IMO. My 7650 squeeks too when pressed on one side😞 . However dissapointed that the paint of 6600 is not resistant to scratches/ sweat etc. The 7650 is pretty good.😊
