MMC problem please help

I have just bought the 6600 great phone.
Somehow i have corupted the MMC during backup.dont ask i dont know. Due to this i have had to reformat the card. How can i replace the original apps that were there?
Is there a site that i can download these from?

Perhaps if you told us what apps you had on there, we can tell you were to get them...
Most MMC's do not come with any pre-installed apps anyway?

I have only lost the try and buy. the rest i have on my pc. However i need the original quickword as my key only supports this version i think.
