I generally buy all my computer related stuff from Ebuyer. I bought a Viking 128mb card from them for my N-Gage which I've had no complaints about. They are normally very reasonably priced and have a good variety of stock. The biggest MMC they stock currently is the Kingmax 256mb for �50. You can get 128mb mmc's for around �25.

Iwould definitely recommend Ebuyer, postage on a MMC will probably be a couple of quid. They also have a US site.
