I have a problem , my 6600 says i can�t receive a 7 mb video because memory is full , but i have really 20 mb of free memory . What�s happening?? it�s bugged my phone??

if your sending it via bluetoothe then your inbox is of a limited size, no matter how big your mem card. If this is the case you need a MMC card writer to transfer files
I allways send files to my phone by IR .
even i use IR and i have send file around 8 Mb to my inbox... try checking that u have set ur memory in use for msgs to MMC and not phone memory.
The easiest option is to use the file manager software in pc- suite. this way you can specify which folder you want to place it in.

I had 14MB of available space in my MMC and uploaded a N-gage game file to the phone (9MB). I had NO PROBLEM AT ALL installing the game.So, some of the things said above are FALSE.

It sounds to me like he was uploading to the MMC.

The inbox is only limited by memory capacity. If you change the phone settings to use the MMC to store messages, the inbox can hold as many messages as there is space on the MMC.
