6Mb, free ram

6 Mb of free RAM is enough?
almost programs don't need much free memory 2 work, not?
per example: THPS, in N-gage, needs only 5 Mb of Ram to run, ZxBoy (1.2 Mb)...

A lot of the Ngage games do require over 6mb though. The 6600 has 10MB available 😞

I'm wondering whether Sendo mean that it's 16MB - 6MB leaving 10MB for programs to run in?

They mentioned 32mb for the user in webbies.. So it's 6mb or... 😊 Thanks..

I think you'll find they are talking about RAM not disk space my friend..

Woops.. 😊 I read 32mb for user & 64mb rom.. Am I right?? Isn't the 64mb suppose to be 'ram'? Actually the phone only uses ram right.. There isn't a harddisk or smthing.. 😊

Nope, that is Pocket PC.Symbian devices have ROM for storage and RAM for execution. They are separate, while in PocketPC they are not.

It is not confimed whether or not the Sendo X really has only 6 MB of free RAM after bootup.

We don't like talking about cracked N-Gage games here but in theory, you should. So lets not turn this in to another N-Gage games discussion.

It's Sendo that claims that you'll have approx. 6 MB free for applications. Check out the extended specifications PDF document here.

nokia N-gage has 10 Mb free RAM but the specification for N-gage games (from official Nokia forum) is to 8 Mb MAX
