From what I can understand,..and I also use the Theme Studio, then you cannot edit other peoples themes. Its a sort of "security-lock" I guess,..kind of smart 😉

That's right.

.sis files are packaged installation files and as such cannot be edited. This is where themes don't quite match the versatility of skins(i.e sLauncher).

But maybe it's a good thing. I remember some people ripping off others hard work and creations with skins.

Just copy the mbm file from E: or Z: \system\skins\[one of the strange folders]\ to your PC using a file manager (like Psiloc Efile Manager)

sis-files could be edited with the theme studio.

to do that, the sis muste to be free for editing.

you see this option before saving your theme, when you set editing on yes, then it could be edited, but i`ve never found one in the net.

unpacking the .sis file gives you 2 different files.. the .mbm and the .skn file.. as far as i know.. you can only edit the .tdf file... if you can find it after upacking then i think you can edit it..

There are posts about editing .sis files already so the info you need is here somewhere,it goes along the lines ghostdog has suggested above but i do not know as using other peoples themes to create my own is not something that interests me. 😊
