I recently acquired a Nokia 6600. I noticed a strage problem with the Calls Log. All my dialled, received and missed calls have the time stamp which is 30 minutes behind the Phone Clock. What could be the problem and how can I resolve it? Please help...............

even i noticed this problem long age since the time of nokia 7650 - 3650 - now in 6600 too... this is not solved yet! strange!!!!
may be i m missing some settings on phone! dont know!!!
Make sure your GMT settings are at 0, then set your clock accordingly.
I remember seeing this same problem somewhere else, and that fixed it.
There is some problem with the phone trying to adjust time differences when an offset is on the phone.
If that doesnt work, then sorry, I dunno!!

Yes. It works. I tried it. I set the GMT offset to 00.00 and the phone log works just fine.
However, one issue persists. Each time I replicate my address book with my Lotus Notes addres book, the phone picks up the GMT offset and then I need to go back and change it to 0.00.
Still can't figure out why Symbian OS can not tackle it? Is this a bug in the OS? 😊
