Here in the Philippines if you upgrade your firmware P800 they will ask you to sugn a waiver that what ever happened to your phone during the upgrade they shop is not responsible and you are made to pay P500.00 for the service

and one more thing, I was told that during and after the upgrade there's a possibility that your phone will stop to function for what ever reason only sonny-ericsson knows about it. If you are the owner of the cell phone, would like to upgrade? I wonder why sonny-ericsson choose Semicon and Bright Point here in the Philippines to be their authorized service center
