hi
got me a slighlty used but mint condition ngage and totally love it
but the thing is the dealer didnt know the previous users lock//security code..
so im stuck...cant format phone now!!!
how can i reset the phone?
somewhere i read ill have to reflash it...how is that done???

reflashing you do, by taking ot to an authorized Nokia service center (that way you'll also get the latest software/firmware release for the device).

Not necessarily; anyone can forget the lock code (I know I have for some of my phones).

In any case, if anyone looses a phone, they're likely to have it blacklisted so that it won't work on any honest operator's network in the world.
