I'm trying to setup a custom template in Outlook which exactly replicates the contact database fields in the 9210.
So far I've just tried using the default Outlook template which seems to put the data in odd fields (e.g. e-mail2 in Outlook = e-mail (private) or Tel on 9210 = other on Outlook).
Does anyone have any idea of the field name defaults used by the 9210 when exporting/importing to Outlook?

the best way to get forward is to set up a test (with field names into field content) and to see how things are coming over into each db. It took me some time to figure out which fields were stored into my former 7110, Outlook and 9210. What I also found out is that when you gonna use more than one db on your 9210, you can't synchronise these, it only synchronise the main contacts file...
I was also working on something similar before my commy went haywire. Now after geting it repaired the company I work for is uprgading to Office XP. I decided to wait. But if you could come up with something please let us know, I would be intrested how it looks.
