A challenge for you techies out there...I use the P900 with the flip off, but really miss the ease of T9 input - the virtual flip is just too small...I have not found any other decent text entry methods to replace this...I would like to stay one handed so I am not walking into lamp posts!!

So, could someone design an application that uses T9 with a larger virtual flip or similar?? Or could someone port the Keystick application (very nice app) for series 60 to the P900 system...

Thoughts?

Wirelessly posted (SE P800: SonyEricssonP900/R102 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.0 UP.Link/5.1.1a)

I think there is now something like this available now.

have you tried popontop? with the full qwerty, you can type with your fingers ever so fast

Thanks guys, but I was looking (hoping) for something to just replace the virtual flip...to still have the same layout for phone/text use & T9 predictive text, but bigger keys for my not so nimble fingers!!

Thanks for your help though...

Cheers
Nick
