Impressed with the simplicity of the latest EyeCon GUI, however it inverts all my videos (turns them updie down) and makes them blue. Any idea why? Codec troubles I guess but I have no idea what to do...

You are using the wrong version of either eyecon or ETI.
The latest ETI needs the latest EYECON, else you will get the results you are describing, there was a link on the 3650 forums a few months back to the latest versions.

I'm definitely using the latest version of Eyecon....I have followed the instructions about uninstalling and reinstalling the Nub2 codec many times..this is REALLY irritating...

Damn. That means my videos shot with the old ETI can't ever be converted without inversion? Time to try Philips 3gp...
