i thought so, i made some images 174 x 132 and it had 2 blank strips, one at the top and one at the bottom...

@ AEFOX: Are you full sure? The 99.9% of the wallpapers I have found for the 6600 are 174 x 132 (rarely x 131 or x 130).

Yeap it's right. the proper dimensions are 174x143 pixels and 97x25 .bmp for operator logos. the 174x132 size you are regering to is for the 7650.

All that sites that offer wallpapers for 6600 with the same resolution for 7650 are wrong 😮

i already told to ZEDGE.no .. about that .. about to open a new resolution option 176 x 144 for 6600 ...

All the 7650 wallpapers work on the 6600 anyway
but not fill all the 6600 wallpaper area without a vertical enlarge that normally get down the quality of the image.

PD: i edited this i check my last wallpapers for the themes are 176 x 144 that is the real exact size, in that way now you will see no blank lines at the edges on wallpaper at main phone menu

I didnt know that 6600 had a different wallpaper-resolution than 7650! I will add a section for Nokia 6600 wallpapers/namelogos tonight to my website (http://www.zedge.no) with the correct resolution. thanks AEFOX.
